We at Marshik Insurance Agency are doing our part to help mitigate the effects of COVID 19. We are following the CDC guidelines and those offered by local, state and federal health officials.
We will try to get information out to you through various channels but will update this web page with details of any changes to precautions we are taking during the novel coronavirus outbreak.
COVID-19 UPDATE: As of June 10, 2020, the Marshik Agency has opened its lobby doors and we are open for business as normal. With that being said, if you have symptoms or been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please do not come into our office in order to keep staff and their families healthy and safe. During this time, we will also continue to do business as below. We are able to handle your insurance needs via phone/email/Electronic Signature or by mail - whichever way is most convenient for you. We will continue to keep you updated as we progress through the summer and changes happen.
Please see the following for instruction on options available so that we can continue to give you the service to which you are accustomed.
- We can take insurance premium payments by phone.
- Often, payments can be made directly to insurance companies using the links here on our website.
- Policy changes, claims and quotes for new insurance can also be handled the same way, securely, through our website or by calling or emailing us.
- If you are making a payment and it is not past the cancellation date, please place it in our lock box located on the north side of our building. All other insurance documents may be placed in the lock box as well. This will be checked regularly throughout the day.
- For any business needs not addressed here please call the office at (320) 632-2328. You may also email us - rprzybilla@marshik.com, dczech@marshik.com, ajanson@marshik.com, khenze@marshik.com, jschultz@marshik.com
